Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing of Order

We begin processing your order within 1–2 working days once the payment is successfully received.
After dispatch, you will get an email or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and courier information.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Usually takes 5–7 working days across most locations in India.
    Actual delivery time may vary based on your pincode, courier partner performance, and external conditions.

    Shipments are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is offered on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount may
include a delivery fee based on your location and order value.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. To cancel, email  support@mexo.in with your Order Number. After the 2-hour window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

5.Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, we will share a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can
monitor your shipment in real time. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to
update after dispatch.

6. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If the shipment returns to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or failure to accept
delivery, we will reach out to reconfirm details and re-send the package. Refunds are not provided
in such cases.

7. Possible Shipping Delays

Despite our efforts to ship on time, delays can occasionally occur because of:

  • Weather disturbances
  • Courier partner issues
  • High-volume festive or sale periods


We appreciate your understanding and will notify you in case of any extended delay.
